That's what I'm looking for too.  Fishing and surfing.   I did go to Lemon, but not to where Russ showed on the web page.   I guess I need to go south of Lemon.

The Caribbean coast between Manzanillo and Cahuita(well south of Limon city) offers several surf spots, including the Salsa Brava which is one of the best breaks in Costa Rica.  Sport fishing is great because of the marine park, you could also probably make trips to Barra de Colorado for tarpon.
