I am amazed nobody has checked out so obviously .There are no beaches for  50miles .We are talking about in that area tidal estuary consisting of mudflats ,swamp and mosquitos .The only reason there are a few villages is for fishing which is not that good .

I have invested in WLI Properties as well, but in Colorado.  I want to reach out to fellow landowners regarding WLI and if they have been in contact with them lately?  I received a notice that a meeting would be help in mid-Feburary and as a landowner I am required to send "representation".  I am very worried.  WLI had promised (via contract) that the infrastructure would be completed within a years time from contract date.  This has not happened.  I have not been able to get a response from WLI via email or phone.  If anyone has any information about the WLI Property in Colorado please share with me!  I am very worried!  I also was very impressed with WLI, their organization and of course the property.  I appreciate any news.  Thank you.

Hi this is Barry again .I have posted a few comments as I roughly know the area . I hope you saw the property and made sure from the plans that you bought what you were looking at . Did you also check out the "beach"?
I have been i n the area --mud flats and swamp .It is up the Estuary .look at Google Earth even .!!You may have a see view but there is nothing around.
If there is a meeting I suggest you go and take whatever money back you can get .
