Is it still time to invest in land in CR or train is gone?

Don't listen to anyone telling you that you have to buy now or never.  There have been good opportunities in different areas of Costa Rica for  the last 20 years and there will be good opportunities in the next 20 years as development progresses. 

Now is a good time if you know what you are getting into, which includes knowing first hand the property you are interested in, working with a realtor to help you avoid common pitfalls and to assist you in purchasing a property with good resale value. 

There are many new projects all over the country, some from very reputable developers and others that are just good looking on paper.
