housing growth in Costa Rica

can anyone tell me where to look for information on what the housing (condo) growth has been in CR in the last few years and what the projections are for the future.  I also need to find what the population growth is predicted to be in the next 5 years.

The best information for you would depend on the kind of condiminium (price range, target market) and the location.  Also on whether you need the information to be in English or Spanish. 

A great starting place would be the "State of the Nation" report www.estadonacion.or.cr

The Chamber of Construction Keeps statistics on building starts as well.
