Villa Picaflora

We have been researching on the internet and were very impressed by Villa Picflora.  We have visted Atenas, but not this location.  We had spent most of our time in Arenal and loved the location - but this seemed to be a nice location as a compromise - nearer the city.  Do you know anything about this developer?  They have 2 spec homes for sale on many web sites. 

We did like the bali architecture and found Jade Azul in Nosara very impressive - but thought the heat there might be oppressive. 

Any comments woud be appreciated.
