U S Broker brokering Costa Rica property loans

Who knows of a U S mortgage broker or lender that can co broker loans for Costa Rica property?

There was a company offering these, but we haven't heard from them since they started up last year.  We have a good article on financing options here: Costa Rica Mortgages. 

Also we can add that Scotiabank and Improsa bank are specializing in loans to US citizens.  Bank appraisers here only value homes at about 80% of the market value, then the bank only loans 80% or so as a rule of thumb.
