Hi,
I have been researching and planning a move to Costa Rica. I rehab houses for a living and am interested in continueing with real estate investment there. Part of what I am interested in is working with a few realtors and/or developers to promote opportunities to other investors in the US. I would like to work with reputable people that offer simple homes and use environmentaly sound practices - mostly rehabs, affordable new construction, and fractional ownership. I am not interested in high end gringo communities. Can anyone recommend people that I might be able to team up with. Thanks
