I am interested in oceanfront/mountainside properties in Costa Rica. I want to find properties that are between $750,000 and $1 Million US dollars at a good value. Swimming pool, ocean views, mountain setting... Etc.

Are there any property in Costa Rica that I can purchase within my budget?
